At Churchill-Waverley Golf & Bowls Club, we are proud to
offer an active and welcoming lawn bowls program, led by our hospitable
committee who are eager to include corporate and social groups
of all sizes. Lawn bowls is a fantastic sport that encourages teamwork
and friendly competition for all ages and skill levels, making it an
ideal choice for your next corporate or social event.
With interest in the game growing, we welcome groups of all ages to
join us for a fun and inclusive experience. Our friendly coaching volunteers
are happy to guide your group through the game, no matter their skill level. We
provide all the necessary equipment for your convenience.
A full lawn bowls day can be completed in about half the time
of a round of golf, with the added benefit of our floodlit greens,
allowing for flexible event timing. Many groups take advantage of the afternoon
event option, enjoying drinks nearby followed by a social dinner to
conclude the day. With busy work schedules in mind, you can host your event in
our private dining rooms, enjoy a meal, and then unwind with a game of
bowls under the lights.
We can accommodate groups as small as 20, and our experienced
staff will guide and instruct your guests throughout the event, ensuring
everyone has a great time. Whether you're planning a corporate team-building
